1. Where are the flowers shipped from?
Our gorgeous wedding flowers are shipped directly from our fields in South America.

2. Do you deliver to anywhere in the U.S.?
Ans: We do! Anywhere in the U.S. you name the place, if it's either to your home, business or venue we get it there.
3. How do you keep the flowers fresh?
Ans: Our flowers are meant to last 7-10 days guaranteed, we cut them the same day that they are
shipped out from the farm, since we send them partially bloomed that guarantees their life is extended. Also, the wedding-in-a-box
bouquets are individually packed with water tubes and hydrating pouches that keeps them hydrated during the trip and keeps them in precise conditions.
4. Why don't you deliver the flowers on my event day?
Ans: Since we give you 100% satisfaction guaranteed
on all of our flowers, we don't deliver the same day because we don't want you to stress out on your big day waiting for the flowers, we make it better for you by delivering the flowers 2 days before the event to make sure everything you receive is perfect and if it's not to replace the flowers next day. Our guarantee assures you that you will have the most absolutely gorgeous flowers on your big day.
5. Are the flowers ready to use?
The wedding in a box is sent ready to use, you just need to take the flowers out of the box, place them in water and use them on your big day, and you don't have to arrange anything at all. Watch this video

6. What happens if my flowers don't arrive?
Ans: Our delivery department keeps track of your delivery from the moment we send them off. We can do this since we arrange and pack all orders and personally deliver them to the airport so if we see any delays with the delivery we will contact you to give an immediate solution. Normally we don't experience delays unless there are severe weather conditions or mechanical delays. We guarantee the delivery date as you request it. If the flowers don't arrive we will run our backup plan with one of our associated florists around the US to replace your flowers and deliver them directly to your door and on time for your wedding!
7. What happens if my flowers are damaged when they arrive?
Ans: We will implement our backup plan immediately by resending a new box from our design center or by replacing them with one of our associated florists around the US, one way or another we guarantee you will have gorgeous and fresh flowers for your special day.
8. Can I customize my bouquets?
Ans: We can sure try! If you tell us what you need we'll check with our flower designer and let you know if this is possible or not. Special design requests will have an additional fee.
9. I can't find a package that will work for me, can you custom make orders with what I need?
Yes, we can fit the package to include just what you need, the wedding box that we specially designed allows us to move things around to cover your needs.
10. Do I have to pay my order in advance?
Ans: No you don't! That's the great thing about Bridesign weddings, many other florists will not allow you to pay for the flowers over time. With us though, you can place the order with a small deposit and pay as you go, we just require that you pay the total 30 days prior to the delivery date. We have had brides place their deposit 2 years in advance to secure the price and reserve the date! They made payments and when the wedding day arrived, the flowers were all paid for! We've had some brides pay everything up front, some who pay monthly, some who pay per paycheck - it really is whatever you want to do.
